Seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund. Must be fully insured for the Purchase Price and postmarked by the fifth day and arrived at JulieCastilloFineArt.com by the seventh day. Collector/Buyer must pay for return shipping. Artwork must be shipped as it was received (in original packaging or professionally packaged) or it is not eligible for a refund.

Framed Art is non-returnable because it is framed.

All prints and Limited Edition Prints are Final Sale items and not returnable.

All Ralph Lauren paintings and prints are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
